Highlights
The 11-cabin Safari Quest is a boutique yacht that was renovated in 2013. With just 22 guests per trip, she offers intimate cruises with great facilities and high service levels. Each of the four cabin types on the small cruise ship has a private bathroom with heated floor tiles, air-conditioning, an iPod docking station, and a flat-screen TV/DVD player. After each exciting day, you’ll sleep well on comfortable memory foam mattresses. Spacious common areas make unwinding and socializing easy. Relax in front of the TV in the stylish salon, sip a drink from the well-stocked bar, chill out on the sundeck, or bury your head in a good book in the library. A hydrophone lets you listen to the sounds of the sea. There’s no need to miss your workout with the onboard fitness equipment, and you can luxuriate in the hot tub. Each adventurous day brings new activities, and the Safari Quest carries kayaks, hiking poles, skiffs, and paddleboards.
Seven-night Alaskan cruises are available aboard the Safari Quest. Sail into remote waterways and explore the pristine forest by bushwhacking, hiking, and paddling. Get close to the face of a glacier, where you can watch and listen to gigantic blocks of ice calving. Watch for creatures like whales, seals, sea lions, and plenty of birdlife in Frederick Sound and Chatham Strait. And Experience Glacier Bay National Park.
Board Safari Quest for a warm welcome from the friendly crew and get set to have a journey to remember. Book now to avoid disappointment; bookings can be made online.
The Safari Quest visits the Pacific Northwest in April, May, September, and October.

Mind Blowing!
Our trip exceeded our expectations. From the wildlife to the attentiveness, professionalism yet friendliness of the staff. They were knowledgeable as well as passionate about nature and wildlife. I will never forget seeing the "bubble net" whale feeding of about 11 whales. Unbelievable. And out skiff tour of the glacier/s was wonderful and mesmerizing. The staff had wonderful surprises along the way as well - hot toddies or cookies mid afternoon. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable. They thought of everything. It was all so well planned. It was glorious not to have to figure out anything - just what I was going to eat that day! Uncruise and the experience is something we will never forget. Mind blowing on all counts.

- Effort of the staff (and success) to see wildlife, e.g bears, whales, Orcas. Effort to ensure that everyone had a great experience and activity even if you weren't up for the more physically challenging. I didn't feel like I missed out.. The comfort of the living area, heated floors, great bed..
