Yes Carribean-but different! Pristine!

My friend and I try to experience different diving locations. This was our first time in St Kitts and Saba. The dive sites were very nice with healthy reefs. The boat was comfortable and well maintained (with the exception of a broken ice machine mid-trip...no fault of the crew). The crew was truly one of the best we have experienced, which has put this boat as one of the best dive trips in our price range. Thanks!

St Kitts to Saba during hurricane Erin-way to go Captain Rodney!

This crew went above and beyond to create a great trip under some challenging conditions. The trip started when hurricane Erin was just coming through St Kitts. The crew did everything possible to make us comfortable as we boarded the first day (big waves and LOTS of boat movement moored to the dock). The conditions were still poor the next day and we were unable leave port or dive but with some smart planning and a quick pivot by Captain Rodney, we were able to have a land tour. The next five days of diving were tricky with currents, low visibility, and some rough seas but the captain did everything possible to get us in the water and chose the best dive sites for us under the circumstances to ensure a great trip...and it was! We had some wonderful dives; lots of fish and beautiful healthy corrals and sponges. Demian and Robyn were great dive guides-enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and always there to lend a hand. Robyn was also the ship's purser and helped with everything (absolutely loved her energy, her attention to the guests, and getting things done). The food was excellent and the chef kept the meals interesting and delicious (although a roasted duck met it's demise in a shattered dish because of the rough seas). The boat was in good shape but a little dated (thus the 4-stars) but comfortable and met all our needs. I will definitely be back to do this route again!

Fantastic trip above and beyond expectations

This was my second trip on Caribbean Explorer 2. I wanted to share this experience with my son, and we had an amazing father-son trip. The diving was terrific, and the crew provided a highly enjoyable and professional dive operation. The accommodations were comfortable and the food was terrific. Our Scottish chef even provided a haggis and fixings for a celebration of Robbie Burns Supper - over and above! Congratulations to Capt Bob, Amber, Robyn and Chef Julian and the rest of the crew. Highly recommend.
