Highlights
New to the Aggressor fleet in 2021, the Philippines Aggressor yacht has been built for comfort and safety. She has a bright, modern and contemporary design, and offers the perfect home-from-home for your Philippines liveaboard. There are 12 double or twin cabins spread over 2 decks with varying standards to suit all budgets, including the Deluxe Lower, Deluxe Main and Balcony suite. Each cabin features a private en-suite bathroom, individually controlled AC, TV monitor with media player and hairdryer. Located on the upper deck, the large indoor salon has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a bar and leads on to the outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying a cocktail at the end of the day. The dining area with large panoramic windows is located on the main deck, and is where a varied menu of American dishes, local cuisine and barbeques is served. Complimentary beverages are included along with a limited selection of local beer and wine.
Scuba diving itineraries aboard the Philippine Aggressor explore some of the best liveaboard dive sites in the Philippines, including the stunning Visayas or world-class Tubbataha Reef. There are 4 different itineraries of 7 or 10-nights long exploring the Visayas, each with the chance to dive with Thresher sharks, whale sharks, huge schools of Jacks, turtles and cool macro critters such as ghost pipefish, waspfish and nudibranch. Tubbataha cruises are 7-nights long, and offer divers the chance to dive this pristine UNESCO World Heritage site which is only accessible for a few months of the year. With a dedicated camera room, spacious dive deck, dive tenders and nitrox available, divers have everything they need on hand for a stress-free Philippines liveaboard.

Great experience.
Great experience. The reefs were to crowded with divers from other companies and some reefs worn down. Normally when diving with the Aggressor the reefs are more pristine Dirty reef, bottles cans, artifacts, plastic regarding diving close to Cebu city. An suggestion could be to hand out nets to the divers on the last dive so we can collect items and remove these from the reefs. But again a perfect experience with the Aggressor Kirsten and Ken

A time for diving, unwinding and being in the moment. Does not get better than that.
Our first liveaboard trip and we loved every minute and every aspect. With our weak currency, this was a very expensive and decadent holiday for us but it was worth every cent. Wish we could say we will be back in 2025 but hopefully we will be back some day.

Disappointing Experience with the Philippines Aggressor – Feedback Ignored
We were on the advertised "Visayas Central" route from September 23 to October 3, 2023. As repeat guests, we had high expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have yet to receive a response to our feedback. Positives: The hospitality of the Filipino people, as well as the beautiful landscapes, was impressive. Diving in the Philippines was fantastic, and we highly recommend the region. The crew was friendly and dedicated, especially the professional dive guides Christine and Ann. Negatives: The actual route barely resembled the advertised "Visayas Central" itinerary. Highlights such as Leyte and Balicasag were skipped without explenations. Instead, we were taken to unattractive alternatives like Oslob (where whale sharks are fed like a circus attraction) and the heavily damaged reef at Gilutongan, where we even heard dynamite explosions. This was a disheartening end to the trip. Poor communication by the Cruise Director, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of problem-solving skills. We are experienced dive masters and instructors with more than 600 dives. We understand that plans sometimes need to be adjusted due to weather or other factors, but on this boat, all guests were simply misled. The fact that Aggressor responded to a detailed and personal feedback email with only a standard reply—and then failed to follow up at all—does not reflect well on this operator. We were looking forward to a first-class liveaboard experience, but the poor organization, the behavior of the Cruise Director, and the disappointing dive sites significantly marred our trip. While we wholeheartedly recommend diving in the region, we CAN NOT recommend this operator.

Great ship and crew, but not a great options to see the thresher sharks
Great crew and boat but the itinerary was questionable at best. Very few dives at the only world class dive site (Kimud Shaol) in the area despite being no slot restrictions and a lot of objectively terrible resort house reef dives for no apparent reasons (one could speculate money had to change hands). The price is also not competitive at all, comparable to the Galapagos but the diversity and quality of the wildlife is miles away.

Philippines has it all!
First diving liveaboard experience and really enjoyed it. Even though weather was a bit rough a couple of days, the crew made everything they could so we had the best experience possible.

Good but....
Good overall. Wish ship had left sooner as 2 dives cancelled due to not reaching Atoll in time. When I got to next dive destination, found my regulator broken(?!?) and parts missing...had worked up to last dive. Also dive boots missing(?) but my dive box was empty...don't know what happened there. Loved the reef dives though. My room was noisy in transit (front of boat) hard to sleep. Great group of fellow divers.
