Top class liveaboard experience

From being picked up at the hotel until we were dropped off at the airport, everything went so smoothly, the accommodation, food, and attention to detail were first class. The dive guides were excellent the support guys in the Skift, helping you with your dive kit were first class, and the food was amazing, I highly recommend this boat.

Great diving. Extraordinary Boat.

Palau has some truly stunning reefs, congregations of dish, and endless walls, which was the highlight of the diving for me. Some of the very popular dive sites closer to Koror get quite crowded, which wasn’t great—but when you go to Peleilu it’s basically empty. When the visibility is good and there are very few divers in the water, it is quite breathtaking. The Gaia Solitude was a next-level experience as far as accommodations go. The ship is brand new and the accommodations are impeccable. I’ve done many liveaboards all over the world and this was definitely the best boat I’ve been on, no questions asked.

A+++ accommodations. Best boat I’ve ever been on and probably one of the best in the world. Excellent dive staff and boat crew—cared deeply about making sure we had the best dives and onboard experience possible. Solid diving—especially on Peleilu.

Fantastic dive trip / Solitude One top notch!!

The Solitude One was a perfect platform for enjoying the diving in Palau. I specifically booked this particular trip to coincide with the spawning of the red snapper just before the full moon. The ship and divemasters delivered a fantastic dive to be able to observe this once in a lifetime event.

Not the Greatest Experience

We were looking forward to this trip, especially since we had been on their sister-boat in Raja Ampat a year previously and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this experience was not so great. The boat itself is great and the upper deck cabins (with private balconies) are among the best we've ever seen on a liveaboard, but the diving operations and overall safety (onboard and in the water) had too many red flags. After being on numerous liveaboards around the world, this is the first time I would not give a positive recommendation if anyone asked me.
