Highlights
The M/V Palau Aggressor II is a 32m long liveaboard with 9 staterooms carrying 18 passengers who can explore WWII wrecks, blue holes, and bottomless walls in Micronesia. Scuba diving with the Palau Aggressor II offers up to 5 daily dives, including night dives. All staterooms have a private bathroom, shower, storage, and individual climate control. Meals and snacks are available throughout the day and served in dining or outdoor lounging areas. They also include American options and local cuisine. Complimentary soft drinks, iced tea, beer, and wine can be enjoyed at the many lounging spots all over the boat. Guests can relax in the air-conditioned lounge and enjoy the sun deck with loungers or hammocks, deck chairs, active bar service, and a music player. On the dive deck, there is a dedicated camera table for large camera rigs, and the deck is also very spacious to store all the diving and safety equipment.
When traveling aboard the M/V Palau Aggressor II, the diving is done from a skiff with its captain and experienced dive leaders. The dive site itinerary includes Blue Corner, Blue Holes, Chandelier Caves, Denges Passage, German Channel, and Ngedebus Coral Gardens. The divers can find grey reef sharks, white-tip reef sharks, manta rays, cuttlefish, Mandarin fish, Napolean Wrasses, swarms of Jellyfish, and WWII wrecks under the water. During February and March, the guests can find large schools of Moorish Idols, Unicorn Fish, and several species of Butterfly Fish. The boat crew encounters massive bait balls of scad all year round in and around Ulong and German Channel and on the reefs of Blue Corner and Siaes Corner.

Great liveaboard
The crew is very welcoming and hard working. The boat is very clean and tidy. Special mention to Taffy (Cruise Director) and captain Jim, that is actually the best dive master aboard.

Palau Diving Adventure
Had an amazing time diving over one week in Palau! Hit all the famous spots, saw my first mantas and first experience reef hooking. The crew and dive guides were amazing and attentive. The boat is run like a well oiled machine. Incredible food as well! Only criticisms would be 1. Missing the jellyfish lake as it was empty means there’s not really any exposure to the rock islands on the trip 2. The boat overall feels very US influenced (needs an espresso coffee option!)

From the moment we stepped aboard, we were wrapped in warmth, hospitality, and breathtaking beauty. The staff was absolutely delightful—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their care and expertise made our first experience with Hook diving not only safe but exhilarating. Gliding through the turquoise waters and weaving between the majestic Rock Islands felt like swimming through a living postcard. 🍽️ Ramil’s Culinary Magic Every meal was a masterpiece! Ramil knocked it out of the ballpark with vibrant colors, rich textures, and flavors that danced on the palate. Each dish was a delectable delight, presented with stunning artistry. His creations nourished both body and soul. 🧼 Editha’s Gentle Touch Editha’s joyful spirit was a constant blessing. Always smiling, she tended to our cabins with meticulous care—on her hands and knees, ensuring every detail was fresh and perfect. Her dedication brought a sense of peace and order that made our stay feel like home. 🤿 Dive Team Excellence Jim, Jun, Johnny, and Ronnie were the backbone of our underwater adventures. Their expertise and cheerful support made every dive smooth and joyful. Whether helping us gear up or guiding us through challenges, they lifted the experience—literally and figuratively. Watching Jim surf-ride his scuba fin through the Ulong Channel was a highlight we’ll never forget! 🛥️ Taffy – The Heart of the Liveaboard Taffy is a gem. Personable, intuitive, and endlessly accommodating, he made the liveaboard setting feel like a family gathering. He answered every question with grace, solved concerns with ease, and had a gift for making everyone feel seen and valued. His presence was a steady source of comfort and joy. 🌬️ Starr – Skiff Captain Extraordinaire Navigating high swells and windy waters with skill and calm, Starr was a master of the skiff. His conversations were rich with cultural insight, and he welcomed every question with warmth and wisdom. He added depth to our journey—both literally and figuratively. --- This trip was more than a vacation—it was a tapestry of beauty, connection, and adventure. Every team member played a part in making it unforgettable. We left with full hearts, deeper friendships, and memories that will ripple through our lives for years to come. 💙

- The crew. I absolutely loved that the fish identification slideshow was being played during meals. I really enjoy seeing the fish and learning their names!. Starr would always be playing music in the tender as we came out of the water. It was a great touch!.

Outstanding diving, service, and accommodations!
This was the best liveaboard experience I have had to date. Highlights were the staff: Johnny: Amazing meals every day Ana: Hardworking, friendly, and always on top of keeping the rooms clean and tidy. Ike: Experienced and knowledgeable captain and great dive master / critter spotter. IB: Excellent dive guide, nice relaxed pace, great, thorough briefings. Daniel: As cruise director and divemaster, he demonstrated his commitment to making sure we all had a great trip. Very friendly, fun, and professional. Jay-R: Great backup dive guide, always with a warm smile. (Can't speak to his engineering skills, but everything worked with no issues). Jake: Skilled skiff driver, always helpful with a lively smile. Full throttle through the archway in Rock Islands was very impressive! Ronnie: Excellent DM and critter spotter. Always on top of making my sure our cameras were on board the skiff.

Great dives, boat and crew!
Best dive and liveaboard experience to date. Special shout-out to the crew - Jim, Star, Jake, Ronnie, Jay, Jun, Johnny and Ana - for their diligence, attention to details and camaraderie. The hot face towel after each dive was a great touch. Dives were some of the best I’ve done, each different from the other. DMs allowed us to explore flexibly but were also great spotters of their own. I was a solo traveller and am thankful to befriend a GREAT group of very experienced divers! There is no other LOB in Palau you wanna be on. Will be returning to see the full/new moon spawnings.

A very impressive trip
I've never been on an Aggressor before, and I was very impressed. Despite the same price point as my previous liveaboard, now I'm being greeted after every dive with a fresh, warm towel, cool drinks, and great food. The real highlight, of course, was Palau itself-- which even in the "off season" has amazing visibility and variety. Jellyfish Lake was a real unique treat, and the guides were great at pointing out unique features of the reefs we visited.

Best way to enjoy diving in Palau!
We had a chance to see the bumphead parrotfish spawning, had a great manta encounter in German channel, enjoyed the resident Napoleon wrasse at Blue corner, and had Jellyfish lake to ourselves towards the end of the trip!
