The 50m Scubaspa Yang liveaboard is the sister vessel to the Scubaspa Ying, which offers year-round diving holidays in the Maldives. Winner of multiple awards, the Scubaspa Yang provides a truly luxurious diving experience in the Maldives. Up to 36 guests can be accommodated in 17 guest cabins (5 Manta Suites, 3 Dolphin Suites, 1 Cowrie Suite, 8 Sea Star Cabins). One suite and one cabin can be converted into a triple to accommodate 3 guests. All cabins feature en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air conditioning. The 8 suites located on the main deck all offer panoramic sea views.
The restaurant is located on the main deck and serves three buffet-style meals, plus an à la carte menu. There are live cooking stations, and internationally qualified chefs cater to all dietary needs. There is also an alfresco dining area at the rear of the main deck, and there will be the opportunity to enjoy a BBQ on a deserted island during your stay. The onboard spa spans 300 m² and features 4 treatment rooms, including a double room designed for couples.
Diving from the Scubaspa Yang takes place from the accompanying dive dhoni, which carries all the necessary equipment, including air compressors, a nitrox filling station, rinse tanks, and dive equipment storage. Experienced multi-lingual dive instructors and divemasters can cater to all diving levels and abilities. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, a variety of courses, from beginner to advanced, can be taken on board. Itineraries cover the ‘Best of Maldives’, which includes the Male Atolls, Ari Atolls, and Rasdhoo & Vaavu Atoll, and is available all year, except for February & March when the Scubaspa yacht travels to the ‘Deep South’ for more remote diving suited to more experienced divers.

Epic week and best experience of our lives so far. Everything was perfect from the boat itself all the way to the crew. Delicious and lots of varieties of food everyday. EXCELLENT diving, big thanks to TOKEN our dive guide, tick every boxes. 100% planning to repeat. Boat was 10/10 but crew 12/10 and what made the experience really amazing and an ever lasting memory! Exceeded all Expectations
Let’s start with… I booked this liveaboard as a solo traveler and I left the week with a new scuba family. Any and all expectations were exceeded on this trip. The staff, were always there to help you, serve you and anything you may need. The food is out of this world so good. The room is comfortable, has AC and is cleaned everyday. If you are looking to do a liveaboard, do not waste your time looking for a boat that isn’t this. This was a lifetime experience that I hope to do again as soon as possible. It was truly a dream come true!

From the first moment to the farewell, everything was just perfect.The boat was well maintained, comfortable, with plenty of space to relax, and at the same time perfectly organized for all diving needs. You immediately felt comfortable and welcome – also thanks to the warm, attentive and incredibly friendly crew, who practically read your every wish from your eyes.The food? A culinary highlight! Fresh, varied, lovingly prepared - every day anew.And then, of course, the most important thing: the dives. Every single one was a highlight! Breathtaking reefs, fantastic visibility, incredible encounters under water – and the whole thing professionally planned and safely accompanied. You could tell immediately: real professionals with passion are at work here.This safari was not just a journey, but an unforgettable experience. TOP, TOP, TOP, TOP, TOP! I would go again in a heartbeat – and highly recommend it to any diver!

Much more than we imagined
Well we had 1 diver &1 non diver and they catered for both, the diving was fantastic and the snorkelling was amazing, we were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. It was an amazing Holiday, we saw Manta Rays Whale Sharks, Electric Rays, Dolphins and much more
