Highlights
The Sachika liveaboard, by Top Class Cruising, is a 33-meter/108-feet custom-built liveaboard that has been Awarded the “Best Dive Safari Boat’’by the National Boating Association of the Maldives for two editions. The Sachika has 10 cabins, including 3 suites, 1 junior suite, 4 standard double or twin cabins, and 2 twin cabins, catering to 22 guests. Each cabin has an air conditioner, en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, and private entertainment hubs. The sundeck with its jacuzzi is perfect for relaxation between dives and stargazing at night. Meals are served in the A/C restaurant, and guests can sip on some tasty cocktails while lounging on the aft deck. The trailing dhoni (a traditional Maldivian vessel) is used for diving and keeping all the tanks and compressors separate so travelers can sleep. A full snorkeling itinerary for non-divers includes activities like fishing, beach visits, and treks.
Aboard the Sachika, guests will cruise through central and deep south atolls and dive at Male Atolls, Rasdhoo, Meemu, and Ari Atolls. The cruise sets out to the south with the exploration of a trawler that sank three decades ago and became a home for the local needlefish and scorpionfish. In the western part of the atoll, it is easy to meet manta rays coming close to the reef to enjoy the many cleaning stations. The sea is rich in marine life and is full of whale sharks, scorpion fish, glassfish, reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, green turtles, beautiful corals, dolphins, and more.

Brilliant from start to finish, truly Manta madness etched in my precious memories, thankyou.
Everything was brilliant, so impressed as nothing was overlooked including very informative dive briefings with great images of dive sites. Had daily yoga which was brilliant and helped my sore muscles after diving. Two beach BBQs which were spectacular, crew cooked up a great feed. Dives were all impressive saw so much including my 2 favourites manta n sharks. Great crew very helpful and friendly. Whole experience was just amazing and will etch a huge memory for my husband and I.

Great experience - we will definitely come back!
Our dive safari on Sachika was just awesome. The crew was always super friendly and open - there was always an open ear in case support or help was needed. The boat might not be the newest - but it felt like a home during the trip. The other guests and us were forming a really nice group where new friendships were made. Diving was just unforgettable and awesome. We saw a lot of mantas, sharks and luckily even a whale shark. The dive guides are really experts and we always felt super safe and they made sure we see what there was to see. After the trip we were super sad that we needed to leave which shows again how special this trip and our experience onboard Sachika has been. We will definitely come back to Sachika next year!

Trip of a Lifetime
I had one of the best trips of my life with the Top Class Crusing company. It was such a treat to wake up every day in the Maldives and be able to go diving. The boat was immaculate and the staff were out of this world. I enjoyed every second, could not recommend enough. I plan on going back again in 2026 because I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of the diving and the team.

Awesome tour of Maldivian central atolls
Great views of the animals despite limited visibility, almost horizontal rain, strong wind and occasionally leaking ship.

Mindblowing, completely exceeded our expectations
Bea (the boat manager) and the crew have created a warm, welcoming, joyful atmosphere on the boat. The minute you arrive you are greeted with the warm smiles of the crew and a refreshing welcome drink. From there, you can enjoy some of the best diving in the world. The dive guides were knowledgeable-timing the dives so we had the best opportunity to see the undersea life we were hoping to see (mantas, whale sharks, sharks, turtles). There was a variety of skill levels on the boat but they managed nicely to arrange us in groups that were appropriate for everyone. The food was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from. If was a buffet style so you could choose what you wanted and eat as much/as little as you wanted. They stopped at small islands from time to time so we could enjoy the beauty of the desert islands that the Maldives are so famous for. On the last day, we also had a tour around the capital city of Male. We felt the price was very reasonable for the number of dives we could do, the amount of food we were able to eat, the extra tours they provided, the beach barbecue, etc. The crew of the dhoni prepared our dive gear and tanks every dive so it was pure heaven to just go to the dhoni, put on our equipment, and jump in the water. Every detail was taken care of. Athithi, our excellent dive guide, was able to show us some amazing sites but did not take any risks when there was a current, etc. We always felt like he was looking out for our safety. The dining area is set up so you get to sit with other passengers and enjoy getting to know other people. By the end of the week, we felt as though we had made 20 new dive friends. We are so thankful we chose Sachika for our Maldives adventure. Thank you to all the crew.

A simple and beautiful journey into underwater life
There are no extravagant or fashionable facilities or activities. Simply diving to see marine life, eating well, sleeping well, and not chasing animals or interfering with their behavior is the most enjoyable and responsible journey. Thanks to Sachika for doing this for us.
