The Sachika liveaboard, by Top Class Cruising, is a 33-meter/108-feet custom-built liveaboard that has been Awarded the “Best Dive Safari Boat’’by the National Boating Association of the Maldives for two editions. The Sachika has 10 cabins, including 3 suites, 1 junior suite, 4 standard double or twin cabins, and 2 twin cabins, catering to 22 guests. Each cabin has an air conditioner, en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, and private entertainment hubs. The sundeck with its jacuzzi is perfect for relaxation between dives and stargazing at night. Meals are served in the A/C restaurant, and guests can sip on some tasty cocktails while lounging on the aft deck. The trailing dhoni (a traditional Maldivian vessel) is used for diving and keeping all the tanks and compressors separate so travelers can sleep. A full snorkeling itinerary for non-divers includes activities like fishing, beach visits, and treks.
Aboard the Sachika, guests will cruise through central and deep south atolls and dive at Male Atolls, Rasdhoo, Meemu, and Ari Atolls. The cruise sets out to the south with the exploration of a trawler that sank three decades ago and became a home for the local needlefish and scorpionfish. In the western part of the atoll, it is easy to meet manta rays coming close to the reef to enjoy the many cleaning stations. The sea is rich in marine life and is full of whale sharks, scorpion fish, glassfish, reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, green turtles, beautiful corals, dolphins, and more.

Great crew
We experienced a lot of rain during our trip and the visibility was not what I expected, so the diving was a bit of a disappointment. The Sachika crew was exceptional.

My best liveaboard experience and one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life! Dives were on another level, I’ve dived all over the world but I’ve never experienced such things. The people on the boat were great and the food amazing

An Unforgettable Liveaboard Experience with Top Class Cruising
I recently had the pleasure of spending seven incredible days aboard Sachika, and I can’t recommend this experience highly enough! From start to finish, the team exceeded all expectations and delivered a truly top-tier diving adventure. The cabins were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—exactly what you need after a full day of diving. Communication and dive briefings done by Andrea were consistently clear and professional, setting the tone for safe and enjoyable dives. The dive sites themselves were diverse and fascinating, offering something new and exciting every time we entered the water. The food was another highlight—delicious, nutritious, and perfectly suited to the energy demands of up to four dives a day. The crew made sure we were well-fed and ready to take on each day’s adventures. A special shoutout to our personal dive guide, Hassan, whose calm expertise and passion for diving truly stood out. He not only showed us the most incredible underwater sights but also made me and my husband feel completely safe and confident on every dive. When I encountered an issue with my personal dive gear mid-dive, Hassan’s calm demeanor and problem-solving skills immediately put me at ease and helped resolve the situation smoothly. This trip was an unforgettable experience filled with stunning underwater landscapes, amazing marine life, and a team that genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience. Fantastic experience
Great experience with very friendly crew and stunning dives. The food was very tasty. The boat is not the youngest lady but she is well maintained and the cabins were always perfectly clean. Unfortunately, the only downside is the diving gear which definitely could use some maintenance and replacement.

Unvergessliche Tauchsafari: Atemberaubende Erlebnisse und erstklassiger Service
Die Tauchgänge waren wirklich beeindruckend. Wir hatten das Glück, eine Vielzahl an Meereslebewesen und wunderschönen Korallen zu sehen. Am coolsten waren die Begegnungen mit einem Tigerhai und einem Walhai. Das Schiff war in einem top Zustand und hatte einen besonderen Charme, wodurch die Zeit auf dem Boot voll zu genießen war. Das Team an Bord war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Auch die Tauchguides waren top und haben das beste aus jedem Tauchplatz herausgeholt. Das Essen an Bord war abwechslungsreich und hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Organisation der Reise war auch top, alle Fragen (auch schon vor der Anreise) wurden schnell beantwortet. Besonders gut fand ich das Angebot von Yoga und Meditation zwischen den Tauchgängen. Das Yoga am Sandstrand vor dem BBQ war ein echtes Highlight und eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen. Insgesamt war die Tauchsafari eine überragende Erfahrung, die ich jedem empfehlen kann, der gerne Tauchen geht.

excellent experience on Sachika
I had a great experience on Sachika. The cabin and boat have everything you would need for an unforgettable dive holiday. The crew and dive guides are professional, but they are also fun to be around (both underwater and on boat 😁). In addition to diving, they organize other fun activities such as happy hours, fishing, etc. It can't get any better!! If you are hesitant which liveaboard in the Maldives you should select, go with top class cruising!!

All the Big Fish
we saw them all: Mantas, Stingrays, Eagle-Rays, Turtles, Baracudas, Napoleons, all sorts of Sharks and even a whale shark - and all in a very calm, professional and relaxing atmosphere where also beginners always felt save and experienced divers didn't feel restricted. Also room for non-divers and snorklers. Had a GREAT time!

Fantastic diving holiday all round
