Amazing from start to finish, couldn’t recommend more highly!
This was our first liveaboard and it did not disappointed. Everything exceeded expectations and other guests with more liveaboard experience confirmed this was exceptional and great value for money. The diving was spectacular each day. We saw a huge variety of sharks and rays including large schools of manta and eagle rays. We had strong current on several dives but the experience diving team ensured we were safe and were able to enjoy even the more challenging dives. The boat crew were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The boat itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The non diving activities were a great addition with stops at uninhabited islands, sandbanks and the beach bbq where the crew went above and beyond to make it special. I would highly recommend this liveaboard to anyone and hope to be able to join them again in the future (maybe for the southern atolls trip!)

Awesome trip in the central atolls (Dec 24)
Would definitely recommend Princess Sara & the Maldives for a sea safari. Everyone onboard had a great time and was particularly aided by the attentive and friendly staff who always went out of their way to help and always with a smile on their face. The crew all get on very well which makes it a very pleasant and friendly environment. The dive plan briefs (by Teo) were always very detailed and felt completely safe / well informed on each dive. Our dive guide, Geo, was super friendly and good fun which helped make the diving an even better experience. Seeing lots of sharks including tiger sharks, as well as manta rays, nurse sharks & turtles was great too :) Unfortunately the weather on our trip wasn’t perfect so we couldn’t stay in Dhigurah for the bbq, and didn’t have the best visibility in general but think that was due to the monsoon season ending a lot later this year. As a slight word of warning, the currents can be very strong and for those who have poor fitness, be aware that you may struggle kicking into some of the currents (if drift dive is not possible / currents are unpredictable). The fast current dives were often the best though :) The food was very good but as a personal preference I would have enjoyed more Maldivian / Indian curry options. Looking forward to our next trip with Princess Sara

Excellent boat, excellent crew, excellent route
Teseo and the rest of the Princess Sara crew were brilliant. The diving was very good (hit rate for large pelagics was 16/17 dives, I reckon). The boat was very nice (acknowledging it was my first Liveaboard) and I would totally go back and do it again.

Very good !
En lineas generales ha salido todo bastante bien, aunque no me ha gustado mi guia de buceo, Sharko. Esta obsesionado con los tiburones hasta el punto de perder buceadores. El resto de los guias perfecto, pero si volviera pediria no ir con el

Exellent boat and diving - I will come back soon.
This "Best of Maldives" trip was fully loaded with sharks - total count of 11 different species. Really exiting nightdives with manta rays and nurse sharks. We had really nice weather during whole trip and diving conditions was great with good visibility and luckily some strong currents too. Absolute highlights was diving with big school (more than 40) eagler rays and night dive with manta rays. Special thanks to our private dive guide Shakko! Boat is exellent and dhoni is really spacious for divers - we had 20 divers + divequides on board - and still lost of space for everyone. Boat and cabins was clean and comfortable. Food variates a lot and it was too delicious - ate too much! I can recommend this exellent boat.

Nice boat. Good crew, Mixed diving
The trip was a bit mixed for me. I am a PADI OWSI and have dove around the world but had not been to Maldives yet. I had high expectations for the dives but they were not as good as expected. Coral reef everywhere in the world has changed and the damage was sad but expected. The divemaster and his team were nice but had a slight language barrier as they were Italian and English was very much a second language. (If you're Italian they are wonderful). The dives were unusually as the divemaster did not do any safety checks on the boat or speak to us other than say jump in the water. Once in we had very long swims at depth of 30+ meters to reach reefs multiple times that exhausted our air before we had time to see much. We also had equipment malfunction where my wife octopus was free flowing right before we entered the water. the divemaster just said bend the ocotopus hose and go. I wouldn't allow that and had to abort the dive. The rest of the divers aborted a few minutes later when the divemaster couldn't find the site. Currents were strong and it was a hard swim back to the boat multiple times. We did get to see black tip sharks on a couple of dives but every dive no matter where we went was impacted with 3 to 10 other boats and divers on the site at the same time. This meant there could be up to 100+ divers in the water on a site at the same time. I was kicked in the face by strange divers at least 8 times on dives. Sorry for the bad stuff but I wanted to put it out there. Good stuff: We saw 2 whale sharks, did a night Manta Dive and a Night nurse shark dive.

Good diving and liveaboard
Really enjoyed the diving, especially shark and mantas. Our dive master kept us safe which is the most important thing (I had trouble with the current at one point and he came over to assist me), but he was not very engaged in pointing out stuff to see or, really, in any other way. Overall the crew was excellent and responsive to any request, but the food was just adequate. Didn’t go hungry, but also didn’t look forward to the next offering.

- We stayed in a Master Suite which was only a little more expensive than a regular cabin. It was enormous and had a wonderfully comfortable king bed. It was the best cabin we have had on any liveaboard.. In the Maldives you dive from a separate large “Doney” (?) which we quite liked. Didn’t see any whale sharks, but lots of mantas, sharks and small stuff.. The boat was only half full of divers so everything was relaxed and easy. On a full boat it might not have been so pleasant..
