Diving with Maani
I had a fantastic time on board. The other guests were good company and we all had a good time. It was the last week of their dive season and that made it somewhat special. The first ‘check’ dive ticked all the boxes you’d hope to achieve in the week. But it only got better as the week went on. I will most definitely be back at some time in the near future. Thank you to Martina and her team.

Nice diving trip with room for improvement
We had very nice dives with lots of sharks and some manta rays and one evening a whale shark visited us at the boat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The boat is new and spacious, even the rooms. Unfortunately there is no room for kamaras and there was never water in the 2 beautiful jacuzzis. On the luxury liveaboard Princess Maani there will be gourmet cuisine, but the food and drinks should be more varied and upscale. For example, there is only Nescafé, black and green tea or water, all other drinks cost extra and for nibbling there is only Orero & square cookies. The free toiletries are just a little soap – so take all the toiletries you normally use. The beach towel must also be used after diving and will never dry until the next dive. On the dive tender boat it is very cramped with 28 dive guests plus dive guides, bracket for the cylinders should be improved as well as the filling of the cylinders so that you regularly have 29% nitrox. A little shampoo in the pool for the diving suits, shoes etc. would be great. 3 dives per day are included, all others cost extra.

For the most part great, with small possibilities for improvement
Some dive sites were not well chosen, doing the night dive on a boring reef and then being able to sell a second one for additional costs does not have to be....The groups were not put together according to experience and certification...Ending dives after 50 minutes even though there is still a lot of air in the tank should not happen.

- Hanifaru Bay. TG with a local guide in between. Most of the dive sites were top.
