Recommend Staying on the liveaboard the whole 7 days. Don’t do the tour.

Highlights were the Nurse Sharks behaving like puppies around us, Night dive with Manta Rays, and 5 different types of sharks at the Shark Tank. Some bad things were out of their control like the weather hurting visibility. Some days very clear and other days not so great, but even the not so clear days were amazing sites and were incredible despite the visibility. Just reflecting at the end of the trip about those dives if they were actually clear. One bad thing was the land tour on the last day. I don’t know why it took so long to go on the tour because we finished all the dives and had to wait another 5 hours before going on the tour. And when we went we were left with someone not from the liveaboard, took us to an overpriced souvenir shop of course then to a very sketchy restaurant that had $30 instant noodles and $17 shakes. We couldn’t go to the fish market and we’re late to the stingrays by the reef. It would’ve been better to be shown the city by a crew member or let us explore by ourselves. I didn’t feel safe around our guide. There were other people who were on our liveaboard that didn’t go on the tour, they’ve said they did it before, I should have listened to their comments and stay on the liveaboard with them and had lamp chops and beef tenderloins. On the last day I’d skip the day tour next time and enjoy the hot tub. One other odd thing was there is an extra charge for the Wi-Fi, I had no idea before booking. One super cool thing though was being able to fish at the back of the boat. One of us had a fishing pole and caught a fish every other day. The Chef took that fish and made sashimi for us all the time. It makes me want to take a fishing pole the next liveaboard so I can fish while waiting for the next dive. It was always a crowd pleaser when he caught one. The whole boat cheered him on even if it was a small fish. To sum it up I’d definitely recommend this trip, but change it up on the last day.
