Highlights
The 36m Horizon 3 liveaboard caters to 25 guests in 12 en-suite cabins. Cabins are tastefully decorated with ample storage space, AC, and either twin or double beds. Guests can choose from Standard, Deluxe, or Master Deluxe Cabins. Social areas include the indoor lounge, dining and bar areas, entertainment areas, and board games. Meals are taken in the indoor or outdoor dining area with stunning panoramic views. A wide variety of food is freshly prepared, and special dietary requests can be catered to with advance notice. For relaxation, guests can choose the sun deck with loungers, mattresses, and a hot tub or unwind with a therapeutic massage from the onboard masseuse. Guests can feel comfortable leaving their high-tech equipment onboard, as security cameras are stationed throughout the vessel for utmost security.
Diving with the Horizon 3 yacht takes place from the dedicated 18m support dhoni, with 3 crew, camera rinsing, set-up stations, dive kitting up area, and nitrox available for those certified. The dhoni is large enough to support more than 30 divers, leaving ample space for everyone to get kitted up and for gear storage. There is an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on board the dhoni.
Cruises vary from 7 - 14 nights and explore the central, northern, and southern atolls. Trips offer the chance to see manta rays, reef sharks, eagle rays, stingrays, turtles, and even whale sharks. The crew and dive guides of the Horizon III liveaboard are some of the most experienced in the Maldives and have more than 15 years of experience diving in the region. They know all the best spots to dive away from the crowds. Worth the trip
Our live aboard experience was remarkable. The diving was our priority, and we had some incredible encounters. The food was catered to the masses, as well as those with special diets. No one went hungry. The dive guides took special care of the guests to give them the best experience possible. We had a very international group, and having everyone's names listed in print form would have helped to get to know names faster. The boat takes 24 guests, but there are enough dive guides to keep the dive groups small.

Amazing Diving!
Lots of sharks, manta rays, fishingfromback of boat. Amazing diving. My wife was able to snorkel with nurse sharks, manta rays and we saw coral reefs, schools of beautiful fish. Thinking about coming back.

This was an outstanding trip in a beautiful location!
Manta night dive was unparalleled any place I’ve dove. Nurse sharks dive was really fun. Counted 7 different shark species and by favorite eagle rays.

Overall a great experience
We had an absolutely spectacular manta night dive and many incredible day-dives! The food was great though some things were a little Spicey and it was clear the staff all take pride in their work and are always doing their best to go above and beyond for guests. Guides Yuri, Ayya, and Todo were spectacular and even helped and pointed things out to members of other groups underwater. Very good trip!

Nice diving in Central Maldives
The diving was pretty nice considering it was the low season. Luckily we had great weather. Saw some tiger sharks and some mantas so it was really fun. The dive guides were super super safe.

Wonderful diving safari in the Maldives with fun guides
Was reunited with my delayed luggage (grateful to have been able to receive it 3 days into the trip) due to a guide who was able to keep in touch with the airport as we were sailing away, Mantas!!!, catered to my vegan diet, friendly guides and staff.

Negative experience, cockroaches in cabin bed, skipped highlights of itinerary
The operator of the liveaboard skipped several highlights on the itinerary. They blamed it on bad weather although we had sunny skies and a smooth sea on the entire trip. We had COCKROACHES in our cabin and in our beds. No nitrox available. Our last day was supposed to be “island hopping.” The dive guides told us to go hop on Male island in the city. Very Disappointing experience!
