The Carpe Diem liveaboard is well-known for having a focus on superior service and quality. There are 10 cabins onboard spread over 3 decks with the choice of cabin standards, each with en-suite bathrooms and AC. On the lower deck are 6 standard cabins, 4 of which have 2 single beds which can be converted to doubles and the other 2 each have one single bed and one semi bunk bed. On the main deck are two double cabins with queen size beds and the upper deck has 1 deluxe cabin with a queen bed and 1 suite with a king bed. All main and upper deck cabins feature a smart TV and stunning sea views. Social areas are spread out over 3 decks and encompass an indoor salon, outdoor terrace and dining area, and sundeck with comfortable loungers.
Dive itineraries aboard the MV Carpe Diem liveaboard are 7 or 10-nights long and explore some of the best dive sites in the Maldives, including Kudarah Thila, Manta Point, Maaya Thila, Fish Head, and Machafushi wreck. Get up close with mantas, whale sharks, nurse sharks, reef sharks, turtles, and huge schools of fish in the stunning Indian Ocean. The incredibly experienced dive crew is on hand to ensure the perfect Maldives liveaboard experience. Diving takes place from the dedicated diving Dhoni, where there is plenty of room for gear storage, rinsing, and kitting up. Free nitrox is also available for those certified.

One of the best time of my life, I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I can.
I enjoy every minutes of the trip. Diving everyday, resting, watching the endless sea before your eyes and temporarily forget all your worries. The trip exceeds my expectation and I can't wait to come back in the future.

Clear recommendation
The trip was well organized, the dives mostly great! Sometimes a lot of current, I would have liked an explicit briefing. The food was just amazing! Always a lot of choice, always something "European" and always super delicious! The bartender also did a great job. All in all, we had a really great week (but that was also a lot due to the people who were in our diving group!)

One of the best liveaboard experience
The staffs were always friendly and ready to help. No matter what you need and what you want, they are there to help. Open communication, smiling faces, we are more than happy to spend the last few days with the crews. Dives were also perfect managed, one of the most memorial experiences.

Wow, amazing experience
Manta rays, eagle rays and all kinds of sharks. Relaxed atmosphere everyday. Diving from dhoni is so easy compared to diving from anywhere else, zodiac or just from a liveboard or beach. The crew helps to get to the dhoni safely. Jumping to the water and then also getting back to the dnoni is like a walk in the park. Carpe Diem washes the towels so they are fresh and soft and clean.

All worth the money!
The transfer from the airport and back again was perfect. We had an amazing week on board of the Carpe Diem. The crew put us to the best dive spots and we 've seen a lot of rays, sharks and mantas all week. I think the highlight were the night dive with nurse sharks, the whaleshark and the Manta point. The guides were excellent. Felt save and in good hands all the time. Also the crew did everything to make us feel comfortable on board. Cabin was fine and tidy. Food was great. Special veggie ootions were always available and delicious. The boat is very large. Plenty of options to find a nice place to hang out. The other guests were also nice people. It was overall a very cool experience. Best liveaboard ever! Would book this tour again!

A week in heaven on the Carpe Diem
Our first time on a week long liveaboard. Fabulous! The Carpe Diem was kept clean and well run. The dive lead Munkko was excellent at keeping everyone informed. All the crew was friendly and attentive and all the dive guides were helpful and pleasant. Munkko was our private guide for the week and was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to work on improving skills with my 16 year old and helped me obtain my advanced certification. The dive sites were carefully picked daily. Of course wildlife doesn’t always comply. We checked many reef shark cleaning stations with great rewards but the mantas were elusive until we were snorkeling on the last day. They found tons of macro life. We also went diving at a spot with large sharks in Male by the marina and enjoyed lemon, tiger and bull sharks along with giant rays. Incredible. The beach bar b que night was a night shore break at a beautiful location under the stars. Fabulous operation. Smoothly run. Great crew. Beautiful part of the world.

Again an phantastic Divesafaritrip with Carpe (Diem&Vita)
This Trip was again a Highlight for Safaricruises in the maledives. Excellence helpful Crew and Instructors, bevor, during and after the dives. Vessel is a little bit older but good in shape and technical top. Highlights: i‘ve enjoyed all offered 25dives. We have had chopy water conditions in the north of maledives, so they changed the route. This was absolutly no problem for me, because the have orderd a Inland flight for me from Male to Dharavandhoo. Great Trip
