Highlights
The Ariyal is a 45-meter/148-foot-long liveaboard taking 26 passengers in 13 cabins on diving adventures in the Maldives. There are three types of rooms: 7 State Cabins on the lower deck, 2 Sea View Suites on the main deck, and 4 Sea View Suites on the upper deck. All cabins feature ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and modern amenities. The lower deck cabins provide twin beds, and the sea view suites offer king-size beds and sofa beds. Guests can enjoy a spacious second deck equipped with a freshwater jacuzzi.
Ariyal also boasts a range of onboard facilities and activities. It includes 2 Yamaha Jetskis, paddleboards, wakeboards, water skis, and various inflatables for water sports enthusiasts. Beach BBQ setups with portable grills, speakers, and dining furniture are available for shore excursions. The boat is equipped for fishing with 24 line fishing sets. Onboard entertainment includes a 75” smart TV in the lounge, WiFi, a PlayStation 5, portable Bose speakers, and board games. An unforgettable adventure in the Maldives – the Ariyal is simply exceptional!
The diving safari on the Ariyal was an absolute dream! From the very first moment, I felt completely welcome – the crew is warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. The captain guides the ship with calm confidence and the guides are amazing – professional, caring, and full of enthusiasm for the underwater world. Every dive was a magical experience – encounters with manta rays, sharks, and vibrant coral reefs that I’ll never forget. The encounter with a whale shark will also remain unforgettable. Life on board was just as wonderful: delicious food, cozy cabins, and a warm, family-like atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Ariyal crew – you made this journey in the Maldives an unforgettable experience! 🌊🤿💙

A great ship and its crew even more so!!
A great trip!!The staff is wonderful, the boat is spotless, the food is delicious and the dive spots are great. The diving instructors care a lot about the dives being wonderful and that we can enjoy them and see as much marine life as possible. It was a great ship where the attention is 5 stars, the room is better than a hotel and the common areas are great. I can't say anything bad. Everything was very good!! I'll be back!! Thank you Ariyal Team!!

It was our first liveaboard and it was a spectacular experience. Both the boat and the people have been amazing. The dive boat is spacious and very comfortable. The food was very tasty and varied. If you come in the rainy season the visibility will not be very good, but the marine life is still amazing. A highly recommended experience!

This was our first liveaboard and it set a high expectation of what a great experience is like! It's a new boat so very comfortable, the staff especially the dive guides where incredible, the locations and marine life we saw were impressive.

Highly recommended
The boat is great. The team was great. Dives sites were nice (we had bad weather so the visibility was not always great - but this could be due to the weather). The food was exceptional. There was always a very good salad, vegetables and fruit (next to other things like very good fish, shrimps, curries etc). We will come back for sure. There are two rooms on the main deck which are huge! We had one of them and would always book main cabin again (also huge bathrooms). The upper deck rooms are also in a reasonable size but smaller.

Relaxing, Feel like Home, great people and Amazing Wildlife
Highly recommended Liveaboard Ariyal! This is my 2nd time with this Luxury and Comfy boat with friendly crew, feel more like home instead of commercial boat and soooo relaxing after diving. Diving arrangement, briefing and sites are wonderful this time, number of sharks and rays and abundant wildlife was definitely amazing even during the low season with not so wonderful visibility due to nutrition for new born wildlife, but the rich wildlife is definitely world class, so happy to see many many fish species! Dhoni boat staff are very helpful to help everyone ready get in and out of water, and always with their smiles! All Crews are friendly and room was cleaned up during first dive, mixed western and eastern food with fresh vegetables and fruits which I love, are well prepared after diving too. And so lucky to meet many friendly and experienced divers during past 2 Liveaboard at Ariyal, they sharing not only their experiences, support each other (junior diver) but also culture exchange and some even with great stories of their life!

Incredible trip on amazing new boat!
First time doing a liveaboard and the trip was just incredible. The ship is super new and just built this year, everything is fresh and clean. The food was very delicious and fresh. The dive guides we got - Teygo and Sadu were awesome. Everything felt very safe, clear and had no issues during the trip, dive guides were caring and attentive. Overall, awesome value for money, and highly recommended.

A fantastic liveaboard experience on the Ariyal – spacious boat, great crew, unforgettable dives and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere
We had a fantastic week on the Ariyal. The boat itself is very spacious and modern – the cabins, lounge and sundeck areas were much more generous and comfortable than we expected, and we felt very well taken care of on board. The crew and service staff were outstanding – always friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was excellent as well, and vegetarian options worked out perfectly. The organization of the trip and the selected route were great, and we were lucky to experience many highlights: encounters with different shark species, manta rays, even a whale shark. A special highlight was the night dive with the mantas and the thrilling dive with so many nurse sharks together. The only aspect that could be improved are the dive briefings – sometimes the information given and the actual dives didn’t fully match. With a bit more structure from the dive guides, the experience would be even better. We also really appreciated the smooth transfers and the great atmosphere on board – our fellow divers were an international and very relaxed group, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we would highly recommend this trip and the Ariyal to anyone looking for a memorable liveaboard experience!
