Absolutely worth it!
Absolutely amazing! The best liveaboard experience I had. The boat is great to make you feel comfortable at your room, at the common area, the sundeck and the dive deck. Most importantly the people. I love how they show genuine interest at the guests, provide top notch services and try to have fun at what they are doing, which is important. You can feel the connectedness. And of course the dive itinerary and arrangement was excellent. I saw all I wanted to see. I shall be back next year.

An amazing trip
The service onboard was a real highlight of the trip. The crew is so helpful and they take care of everything for you. I enjoyed the number of dives offered (25 in total) and the opportunity for land excursions. We did Raja Ampat / Misool and saw beautiful reefs and huge schools of fish. The boat is comfortable and the deluxe room felt really luxurious. Such a good trip!

Outstanding liveaboard and staff, short on marine life information except spotting
Great trip but light on deeper descriptions of marine animal habits. For the price we pay, it would be nice to have someone on board with some marine biology information, not simply marine life spotters.

Fantastic dive trip
Our trip on the Solitude Adventurer was really fantastic. The diving in Raja Ampat sells itself (yes, it is as good as advertised), and the staff and crew of the boat were organized, efficient and attentive (lots of personalized attention and assistance). The diving logistics were top notch - safety a primary focus, lots of extra equipment if people needed it, great dive briefings, small dive groups of 3-5 divers per guide, alternating guides, easy on and off the boat, great care cleaning and organizing our equipment. The food was varied, cooked fresh with multiple offerings at each meal, an addictive coffee machine, and free soda, juice and water. A limited selection of beer and wine are also available for purchase. We had a bbq on the upper sun deck on one of the nights, with delicious food and the crew playing great music (some serious guitar talent in the group). The rooms (we had a deluxe double) were spacious, comfortable and clean. We had our own bathroom and plenty of space to store our stuff. One note is that the outlets on the boat are Australian (the boat’s origin), so pack accordingly. The common spaces and rooms are also air-conditioned, and the upper sun deck a great place to hang and enjoy the view. Overall, a really great trip that we highly recommend!

Definitely the most beautiful boat out there!
Beautiful dives in Komodo. Winds were strong during my trip which made itineraries change and getting out of the waters more challenging, but that’s part of the fun! The crew on Solitude did an amazing job taking care of our safety, and making sure we are comfortable. Every meal was good, and the warm shower is life changing - even the shower on the dive deck is warm!!! Dive guides were rotated every day — at first I was very resistant to it, but saw the benefit of this arrangement very quickly. Every guide on the boat knew their stuff while navigating us through the currents underwater. Thanks for such an awesome trip! Can’t wait to be back with this boat and the crew!
