Barefoot luxury is the theme behind Mikumba Dua (of lost paradise charters) liveaboard Indonesia, having undergone an extensive renovation giving a contemporary twist to this traditional wooden boutique style phinisi. Mikumba Dua boasts the largest outdoor space found on any vessel in her class, spanning over 4 decks, allowing guests to indulge in alfresco dining under the stars while sipping away at their favorite drink or perhaps getting involved in some sunrise/sunset yoga or just lounging around on beanbags with a book. There are 2 Master cabins on the upper deck, both en-suite and with their own private balcony, with a further 3 double/twin cabins on the lower deck sharing 2 bathrooms. All cabins are spacious and individually designed, embracing traditional local materials and fabrics.

Amazing Liveaboard with an amazing crew
Trip to the Komodo Dragons was Great. Divesides were picked well and never crowded! Team very friendly and we had a great time with them!

Pygmy seahorse and mantas and sick north komodo dive sites !!!
amazing memorable experience super comfortable boat, crew is amazing and talented to find all the rarest fish. saw pygmy seahorse, frog fish, pipefish, and mantas in abundance !!

One of the best dive experience!
First of all I would like to thank the whole crew for an amazing trip and an experience. Everyone was very attentive, respectful, and very fun to be around! I have always felt safe during our dives as dive master was very attentive. Some of the dives for me was bit challenging, but the dive master, Willy, always had a positive attitude and supported me as well as others during our dives to have the best experience possible. And needless to say the food during the 5 day trip was amazing. I think it was the most delicious food I had including Bali and Labuan Bajo. The trip was very organized and flexible to make sure we were having a best time while maintaining safety. If opportunity arises, I would love to and hope to join them again for an other trips!! Also all the people we met were all so friendly and fun! Which was a blessing and made our stay even better.

AMAZING WEEK ON MIKUMBA DUA!
The crew of Mikumba Dua gave us the best week we could possibly ask for! They kept us safe, showed us the beauty of Raja Ampat in the water and on land, brought so many smiles and laughs to our faces, and gave us the time of our lives! Absolutely incredible crew (every single one of them), awesome diving, amazing lounge space on the boat, comfortable and spacious dive deck, delicious food, SUPs, kayaks, land excursions, beaches, sandbars…what an adventure!

Best Live Aboard in Indonesia
Plenty of space to relax. Very nice crew and dive master. Great dive sites. Nice fellow travelers and enough space to retreat if necessary. I would go back to the Mikumba Dua in a heartbeat

Unforgettable experience
We had an amazing time in Raja Ampat, thanks to the great service provided by Mikumba Dua. The boat is comfortable, the itinerary is great, the food is delicious, and all members of the crew are extremely friendly! On top of that, Damien was available before and after our cruise to help us sort out the logistics of our trip and answer all of our questions.
