Great diving but a bit sweaty in rooms.
This is a cheaper boat so no AC or en-suite. There was no problem with the shared bathrooms but the lack of AC made it really hot and sticky. The fans are really small and turn off after 10 mins. Also 2 of the twin rooms had leaks and it can rain a lot! The diving is from a tender so super easy and the dive guides worked hard to find cool stuff (cute nudis, Pygmy seahorses etc). I hired a bcd and reg and it was in good shape. Most dives were 1+ hrs and were well organised. The food is good and plentiful and cold beers can be bought. The staff were super helpful and really nice!

Amazing crew, amazing trip, amazing experience.
The whole trip was perfect. The cozyness of the boat, the absolutely 5-star cooking, the light atmosphere all the time on the deck, qhere the whole crew was always laughing and having a great time, the people that came along on the trip... The diving was amazing, great current (and great experience with it!!), and the sunsets nd sunrises over the sea... Couldn't have wished for a better crew, boat, people, or vacation in general... Wish we could stay for much longer..

We had a wonderful week of diving, made new friends and gained 5 pounds.
The food on the boat was amazing after almost 3 months in Indonesia the absolute best local food we have had. The open space on the boat was very comfortable with bean bags on the deck and plenty of space in the galley. It was easy to get to your dive gear as everything was spread out well. Our small group felt like family at the end of the trip... and experience we have never gotten on a larger liveaboard. The diving was plentiful and well organized.

Magnificent liveaboard experience with amazing diving - what a wonderful trip
(July 2024) We had a blast, the boat is so pretty because of its traditional phinisi style and we felt very comfortable, also in the cabins (even though there is no air conditioner, the wind at night was cool enough). The sundeck was a good place to chill out. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety (also vegetarian), it was mostly local dishes. The boat was very clean. There are only two bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower on the boat and they are shared, but that didn't pose a problem. Admittedly, they didn't smell that nice sometimes (from the plumbing of the shower), but they were cleaned very often. We enjoyed the diving enormously, we saw so many different species (octopus, manta rays, so many nudibranchs and flatworms, cuttlefish, sharks, mantis shrimps, crabs, huge fish swarms, etc...), the reefs were in good condition and teeming with life, and some of the dive sites were spectacular because of the adrenaline factor (strong currents). We felt that the crew was very welcoming and working hard at all times to ensure we had a great time. The dive guides (Savri and Faldy) always knew the sites and conditions very well, it was obvious that they had a lot of experience and were very focused on safety.

Great holidays!
Kira Kira is a good option to discover Raja Ampat in a affordable way. Dive sites are amazing, the crew works constantly in order to the costumers feel confortable. Food is very good and abundant. Cabins are very small, but the double one has a very big and confortable bed. There are just 2 toilets to share with all the guests and the crew, sometimes insufficient.

It was an incredible trip with Kira Kira.
They are really thoughtful, and take good care about customers. Everything is organized. The boat is very clean and comfortable. All the boat crews and dive guides are always laughing, polite and showed us the wonderful underwater world. We enjoyed a lot and didn't want the trip to end.

Absolutely spectacular!
Absolutely loved my first LOB in RA. I would highly recommend the Kira Kira to anyone on a budget that still wants an incredible experience with great food and service. I really can't say enough good things about the crew and the trip. One of the dive masters, although he is a great guy, was not excited about diving and seemed bored and grumpy underwater- but otherwise, this was a perfect experience, and worth more than the price 😉! Loved it ❤️ from start to finish.
