Built by divers, for divers, the Tiburon Explorer liveaboard offers everything to make your Galapagos liveaboard trip memorable. Catering to 16 guests, the liveaboard provides 9 comfortable staterooms on the lower and main decks. Each cabin is air-conditioned, with a private en-suite bathroom, queen or twin beds, and ample storage space. The main deck cabins have large windows providing stunning ocean views. Social areas include a modern main-deck salon with a TV & lounge area and a furnished dining room serving delicious chef-prepared cuisine. For further socializing and relaxation, guests can unwind on the top deck, enjoy the partially covered sun deck, or relax in the hot tub. The expansive dive deck has modern amenities, including individual gear bins, air and nitrox filling stations, and freshwater rinse tanks for kit and camera equipment.
The Tiburon Explorer liveaboard offers amazing dive trips in the Galapagos Islands. The 7-night/8-day trips explore the 'Best-of-Galapagos' sites of the Western Archipelago, including the world-famous Darwin & Wolf. This unique itinerary includes dives with endemic marine iguanas and larger pelagics, such as hammerhead sharks, manta rays, and whale sharks - season permitting, plus if divers are lucky, a chance to see the rare mola-mola. Two land tours are included to see giant land tortoises and endemic birds like the blue-footed boobie.

The best of the best!
I had high expectations of the trip, and it exceeded all of them! We had a group of wonderful other divers, absolutely amazing guides, and the crew were attentive and kind and full of humor. Our room was comfortable and luxurious, the food was good, and the diving was out of this world. It felt like paradise!

Absolutely a pleasure to sail on this ship with this crew; loved the experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The entire trip was a pleasure. Very nice boat, and the crew were fantastic. Great food, and always caring for us. The diving was fantastic! They did their very best to help us enjoy the trip. We had 8 in our group and we had so much fun. Thank you to everyone involved, because this vacation was beautiful.

Wonderful
The dives were beautiful despite the El Niño current, but what will truly make this trip unforgettable is the friendliness, good service and good humor of the crew and guides of the Tiburón Explorer, they exceeded any of our expectations!!

Phenomenal
This liveaboard exceeded all of my expectations. The diving, the crew, the guides, everything was 10/10. It was my first liveaboard experience, but there were other people on the boat that have done 20+ liveaboard around the world. They said that I’m spoiled now because no other liveaboard will compare to the quality of this one. Kevin and Israel were 10/10 guides

Excellent Scuba trip to Galapagos aboard Tiburon Explorer
My son and I had an amazing time scuba diving in the Galapagos aboard the Tiburon Explorer. The ship is new, built in 2020 and super luxury. The itinerary was excellent; we went to Darwin and Wolf islands, where most boats don't go. Throughout the week we saw hammerheads, whales, dolphins, rare penguins and birds. The staff is wonderful. Food was excellent. The only thing I would say is bring plenty of cash. No one takes credit cards or the fee is 6%. You have to pay for nitrox, tips, fuel surcharge and nature park ($200 pp) fees in cash. I would recommend bringing $500 per person

Simply amazing diving. Sharks, penguins, sea lions, mola mola, whale sharks and more
This is one of the best dive trips that we have been on and we have dived for several decades. Highly recommended. Everyone of the crew so helpful and friendly and nothing about the diving disappoints.

Memorable diving trip!!
We were only 9 divers on this cruise and received a top level and remarkable service (a real family!) from our two guides Victor and Natalia as well as the crew. A word about Natalia who is an exceptional guide, enthusiastic both underwater and out of the water, she creates a unique atmosphere while being super professional. The team took great care of us, both the captain and the sailors and the service team. Exceptional manta dives in interactions (6 simultaneously), dolphins, sea lions, sharks, birds...... sometimes very strong current. The desire to go back there in the dry season is more than strong!! I highly recommend!!

Unique diving and boat experience
100% recommended! The boat is very, very comfortable (big rooms, very clean, small group), the food is delicious (be prepared to game some weight ;-)), the service of the crew is first class! The dives are amazing, be prepared for some current and many animals.
