Highlights
The Star Jet is a 35-meter (114-foot) steel-hulled liveaboard accommodating 28 guests across 15 cabins. Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning, mini-fridges, ensuite bathrooms, and ample storage. Cabin layouts include 8 double cabins on the lower deck, 4 double cabins on the main deck, and 3 premium cabins on the sundeck—two of which are spacious king-bed suites.
The indoor lounge features a living area with air conditioning, WiFi, a bar, TV, and DVD player—ideal for socializing or unwinding after a day of diving. The two expansive sundecks provide shaded seating, sunbeds, and space for games or relaxing with a drink. Meals are served buffet-style and include a variety of fresh fish, meats, and vegetarian or vegan options, along with all-day snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Star Jet offers a wide selection of Northern and Southern Red Sea itineraries, covering iconic dive destinations such as Brothers, Daedalus, Ras Mohammed, Abu Nuhas, and the legendary SS Thistlegorm. Divers benefit from two speedboats for quick access to dive sites and onboard Nitrox availability. Whether diving vibrant reefs or exploring historic wrecks, each journey promises world-class diving.

We decided to do the nitrox course and one of our team also did the advance open water. We really enjoyed the experience and hope to be able to repeat as soon as our savings and days off allow it. Super recommended

My safari experience with Star Jet was great. Every aspect of the trip was executed with precision and care, making it an unforgettable journey. The crew's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to safety were remarkable. They created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, ensuring everyone felt at ease and well taken care of. Their calm and attentive approach allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without any stress. The dive sites were expertly chosen, offering a stunning variety of underwater landscapes, wrecks and marine life. The crew’s knowledge and passion for diving was obvious, enhancing the experience even further. The only minor drawback was an inconsiderate and unskilled fellow diver, whose behavior was difficult to handle. However, this was beyond the control of the organizers and did not detract significantly from the overall excellence of the trip. Highly recommended!

We were on the road from Saturday, March 28th to Saturday, April 4th, 2026 with Blue Shades Diving from Hurghade to Marsa Alam. It was just absolutely great, the crew and the guides were all very attentive, helpful and gave us a lot of fun. The food and snacks were also just outstanding and all together would have deserved 💝 more than 10 stars. Unfortunately, we only had one shark sighting on the whole safari, but the tour was otherwise perfect.We would love to come back and will praise you to our friends.Best regardsTatjana & Christian
