Exploring some of the best dive sites in the southern Red Sea, the Sea Friend liveaboard accommodates just 20 divers in 13 en-suite cabins. With the capacity to take up to 26 guests, Seafriend caps the numbers to just 20 for added comfort and space onboard. Each cabin features twin side-by-side beds or large doubles, individually controlled AC, and a private bathroom with a shower. There are 7 cabins on the lower deck and 6 on the upper deck.
The tastefully decorated dining room is the perfect place to enjoy home-cooked Egyptian and Western cuisine, and the outdoor terrace with sofas and beanbags is ideal for enjoying the sea breezing and unwinding with a drink at the end of the day. The sundeck has been extended to allow ample guest space and has a wind-protected area. The spacious dive deck and platform at the back of the boat have been extended by 2 meters to give plenty of space for gear storage, kitting up, and getting ready for some of the best diving in the Red Sea.
The Sea Friend liveaboard departs from Hamata, saving travel time and allowing more time at the southern Red Sea dive sites, such as Fury Shoals and St. Johns. Snorkellers are also welcome on board to enjoy the underwater beauty of the Red Sea. The Seafriend liveaboard is also available for group charters upon request. The crew and guides pride themselves on attention to detail and creating the perfect Red Sea dive safari.

Excellent trip! Highly recommend.
Excellent Sea Safari!! Boat owner, guides and crew are all very friendly and helpful. I had great group of fellow divers. Had amazing dives and amazing time on the boat. Will definitely dive again with Hamata Mangroves - Sea Friend boat.

A relaxed safari with great guides and great crew
This safari was an all-round success. The guides were not only experienced, but also top on a personal level – every briefing was clear, structured and they really took our wishes into account. We always had a safe feeling under water because they had a very good view of the group. The crew was super attentive and did their part from morning to night to ensure that we had a relaxed and enjoyable week.The boat itself was also very well maintained and clean, and the cabin was surprisingly comfortable – especially the mattress, which was finally really comfortable. All in all, a very nice and relaxed time.

Great trip for diving some of the Northern Wrecks and Brothers.
We decided on a spontaneous trip to the Red Sea for our Christmas Break and we can say, that the Seafriend was a great pick. The dive sites were well chosen with some good variety, starting from reef dives to the Brothers and some northern wrecks, including the Thistlegorm. Briefings were always very thorough, dive groups were small enough and attention was paid to different experience levels. Even the gluten intolerance of my wife was well catered for. Thanks to the whole team it was a trip to remember and we will be back for some BDE shark action!

Discover Deep south Red Sea with Sea Friend !
We’ve got the chance to be only eleven divers. Each participant benefit of his own cabin. Atmosphere on board and underwater was very sweet. Most of guests were german people who testify an enjoyable mood. 3 Dive masters were fullskilled, really involved in their way of guidance our 2 little groups. Crew has demonstrated a precious attention to face up with customer expectations. To sum up, boat management was perfect.

A wonderful week of diving with a skilled and friendly crew.
The amazing hard coral formations and the stunning reefs throughout the area. A lot of smaller fish and a lot of variety even though some of the larger fish were missing this time of year. The weather was very hot the first few days but the environment of the boat was comfortable. Appreciated the very clear and comprehensive dive briefings since all of the sites were new to me.

An all-round successful liveaboard with very good food, sympathetic guides and a nice, helpful and courteous crew. Some things on the boat should be repaired more often, e.g.
Oceanic whitetip sharks, dolphins, sea turtles, great coral reefs.A very nice togetherness with all the people on board.
