The Ocean Lovers is a 45-meter/148-foot-long liveaboard with 5 decks taking 32 guests on dive safaris in the Red Sea. There are 10 double cabins and 6 suites with views, all air-conditioned and equipped with private showers and toilets. The saloon and dining area on the main deck is perfect for relaxing. Entertainment options include a 65-inch LCD TV, a DVD player, and a sound system. In addition, the Ocean Lovers offers free Wi-Fi throughout the ship as long as a mobile signal is available. The Ocean Lover's 2 sun decks are spacious, with sun loungers, lazy bags, hammock swing chairs, and a hammock swing. Ideal for relaxing between dives, reading a book, or enjoying the sunset. Part of the sun deck is shaded, so guests always have a choice of whether they prefer the sun or protection from the heat.
The Ocean Lovers offers the chance to explore the famous Red Sea wrecks and reefs, including the Tiran diving area, composed of four main reefs that form an underwater bridge near the Gulf of Aqaba. Named after British cartographers (Jackson, Woodhouse, Thomas, and Gordon), these reefs are famous for their coral life and large pelagic fish. Expect a combination of wreck and reef diving, with the Northern Red Sea boasting impressive wrecks like the SS Thistlegorm. Other sites include Abu Nuhas, the "Ships Graveyard," and the Brothers Islands, with their thriving marine life and colorful corals. Anticipate encounters with reef sharks, eagle rays, oceanic white tip sharks, Napoleon fish, thresher sharks, hammerhead sharks, grey reef sharks, and more.

Great liveaboard with beautiful wrecks and exciting shark encounters
The route offers a lot of variety and exciting dive sites. A nice mix of wrecks, steep walls and coral reefs. The boat is modern, well equipped and well maintained. It offers plenty of space, also to relax for all guests. The crew is very friendly and helpful and all dive guides are experienced and always give you a safe feeling. Unfortunately, the hot tub could rarely be used (either we were diving or on the road). I also missed the opportunity to have cocktails. The food was excellent and varied. It's amazing what a good kitchen team can conjure up at sea.

Exceptional Liveaboard Experience
8 days on Ocean Lover in the Red Sea and honestly the best diving trip of our lives. The boat is luxurious, spacious, and spotless. The crew is next level super friendly, organized, hardworking, and everything is always clean and perfectly prepared. Big thanks to the dive guides Ali and Sayed, especially Ali very professional, safety focused, calm, and made every dive smooth and enjoyable. Food was amazing fresh, varied, and way beyond what you expect on a liveaboard. Diving was just wow crystal clear visibility, beautiful reefs, and tons of marine life every dive better than the last. First time on Ocean Lover, definitely not the last. Already planning to come back for the North Route. Highly recommended.

The trip of a lifetime
Had the trip of a lifetime onboard Ocean Lovers! The crew is incredible and does everything to help you out and to ensure you are always safe. Everyone is extremely kind and always smiling! The food is incredible and the chef was very talented. The dive guides were very knowledgeable and provided great diving briefs and made me feel very safe in every dive. I booked a lower deck cabin, and for those who are light sleepers I recommend bringing ear plugs as you will hear the engine noise but the positive side is that you get more stability on cruising days if the sea is choppy. Be prepared for offline days as offshore trips means the wifi does not work, which to me was a blessing.

The Liveaboard That Spoiled Me Forever
This was probably my favorite dive trip so far. The whole experience was amazing. Every crew member was incredibly attentive — the service honestly felt like being on a moving five-star hotel. Accommodation: I stayed on the lower deck, and what really surprised me was that they cleaned the room after every dive. Every time I went back to my cabin, it felt like a little surprise. On my last Maldives liveaboard, they only cleaned once a day, so this felt really luxurious. After every dive, I’d come back to a freshly made bed and a clean bathroom, which was such a nice feeling. The crew even folded the bath towels into wave shapes, which was really cute. Food: One day the weather was beautiful, so the crew moved the dining area onto the deck, and it felt like a luxury yacht party. They also prepared cakes for anyone celebrating a birthday, which was very thoughtful and made it feel really special. Diving: The northern Red Sea offers an incredible mix of history and marine life. All the dive guides were fantastic — Ahmed, Sammy, Simone, Shawe — it was just a perfect dive trip. The crew helped prepare your gear and helped you put everything on. I get cold easily and the water wasn’t very warm, but after every dive, the crew would hand us juice and hot tea. Those small details really made the whole trip special.

Great time on and in the water!!
You feel very comfortable on the ship right from the start. The crew does a great job and is always eager to help and support you.The dive guides really try everything to satisfy the divers. Great attention is paid to safety, so that you always feel safe and in good hands.The only thing that could be improved is the Wifi reception on the boat, even in the harbor it was a bit weak.Otherwise, there was no reason for complaints and it was just a wonderful week of diving, eating and enjoying the sun!

unforgettable and extremely rewarding experience
The diving safari was such a great experience! Everything was well organized, the crew was super friendly, and the atmosphere on board was really relaxed. The dive spots were beautiful, with clear water and plenty of marine life. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, and I’d happily go again.

South Rioute means hammerhead sharks and manta rays.We saw both, despite rough weather conditions on a beautiful, modern ship with nice searchers and great staff with good food.
