Hammerhead II liveaboard is part of the Hammerhead fleet operating dive trips in the Red Sea area of Egypt. Hammerhead II has a modern, comfortable interior space with 16 individually air-conditioned cabins, some with private en-suite facilities, catering for up to 32 guests. A spacious living & dining area has panoramic windows which allow guests to enjoy the sea views. On the second deck, a well-designed dive deck area allows space for divers' equipment and tanks when preparing for dives. The third & fourth decks host sun deck areas and comfortable couches for guests to work on their tan or wind down with a drink from the minibar after a tiring day of diving.
Hammerhead II runs dive trips to some of the top Red Sea dive destinations, including Daedalus, Brothers, St John’s, Rocky and Zabargad, Elphinstone, and to the North, where famous Red Sea wreck dives can be found, such as Thistlegorm and Dunraven. Hammerhead II offers many diverse itineraries throughout the year to all the top spots in the Red Sea. Equipped with 2 dive boats to take and pick up divers from dive sites, it’s well equipped with onboard air compressors, including for Nitrox.

Superb experience with the most professional crew. Amazing service and food exceptional. Highly experienced divers aboard. Safety aboard yacht was paramout at all time. Comprehensive dive briefings. Luxurious cabins and on board facilities. Best dive sites selected.

South Red Sea, expectations needed by all divers
1. Marine Life in her full expression 2. Ring bells activated for each briefing by Ahmed, our fabulous director’s cruise thus an high-skilled diver, such a man underwater ! 3. Dive aborted by huge current, a necessary reminder of our human nature fragility to cope safely and correctly with the oceans strength !

Everything perfect
amazing trip,we saw a lot of sharks,mantas,and many others things,big boat very comfortable in every aspect(room,saloon,platform,food and very clean)crew very friendly and alway focus on the guests. A big thank you to Menal was a pleasure dive whit you,was like go diving whit friends.Amazing trip😎👌

The trip was a highlight. Top guides and a great route with very nice experiences. The boat on the whole very nice. However, in the meantime it is in need of renovation on all corners. This is where you should lend a hand. It would be a shame about the great boat.

A great discovery
First liveaboard experience and first time in the Red Sea, it was a great discovery.The boat is spacious and comfortable, excellent Captain and staff on board, Manale is a caring and provident organizer, the chef prepared excellent meals for us, the Captain was very experienced and friendly and all the people helping on the boat were lovely.The only disappointment is not being able to go to Brother's due to the weather and especially seeing only one shark despite the itinerary called "Shark Obsession", if it's not the season or not the right places it would be better to rename the cruise.

A truly special experience
Despite the strong winds and high waves preventing us from following our scheduled travel route, I want to thank the captain, the crew members, and the dive guides who made it possible to create an alternative plan for an incredible week of diving. Thank you for always prioritizing the safety of all your guests on board and for having a crew that rose to the occasion. The food was exquisite in every sense, the dives were long, and the groups were well-balanced by skill level. The atmosphere on the boat was amazing—a mix of nationalities made the journey onboard an enriching experience, even when traveling solo. The cabins are in the process of being renovated and will surely look stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The lounge was spacious, with two terrace areas providing plenty of room for more than 20 divers without feeling cramped. Perhaps next time, the jacuzzi will be up and running to warm up after diving, although we spent countless hours underwater. I want to thank all the members of Hammerhead II for the time shared. I hope to repeat the trip, and this time, may the winds carry us to calmer seas.
