The Amelie Adventures is a 27-meter/88.6-foot-long liveaboard designed for diving enthusiasts and adventurers. Originally built in 1999 and newly renovated in 2024, this vessel accommodates 16 guests in 6 twin-bed cabins and 2 upper-deck suites. With 10 bathrooms, a spacious dive deck, and 2 sun decks, it provides ample space for relaxation and dive preparation. VeryeEnjoyable experience with my first time in the Red Sea
Definitely recommend for first timer in the Red Sea. A very nice short liverboard experience of the essence of the red sea between Hurghada and Sinai. Staff are professional and take good care of safety. Dives schedule is relatively intensive with 2 consecutvie days of a night night followed by a dive after dawn the next day. Sleeping time is not much, but it is sutiable if one wants to see more dive sites in 3 nights. Majority are reefs, which are very beautiful, but there are also 2 nice wrecks in this trip. Night dives are enjoyable with the guides here. Boat is a mid-sized one which is reasonable for a 3 nights iternary. Catering is friednly to vegans (I am not). Personally, I would love to have more seafood dishes in the meals. Just to take note on the total budget that equipment rentals (if you need) and other surcharges and tips (10% expected) may cost 40-50% more to what you paid upfront. Yet, the total costs slightly below EUR600 (with rentals) for 3 nights all-inclusive with 9 dives are good price in my opinion.

Dive sites in Red Sea are beautiful. Diverse itinerary in dive sites, e.g. reefs and wrecks. Guides take good care of safety.

Top for beginners
Ideal for people who want to try life on a liveaboard. The focus is on diving and the joy of it, not on luxury and comfort. The cabin on the upper deck was more than sufficient for the short trip. We saw a lot of great stuff from the wreck to the Blue Marlin.

Great guides, crew and itinerary
I took this liveaboard in August 2025. It was my first experience and was so positive I came back to the Red Sea to do a longer trip. I especially enjoyed diving the Carnatic, and the completing this along with the Giannis D were probably the highlight dives of the trip. If you are on a tight schedule and looking to do a great trip on a smaller boat with an awesome crew you can’t go wrong with Amelie.

Fantastic experience
The experience has been very good. The food and all the staff on board have been fantastic. We would have liked to set sail on the first day instead of waiting in port, but we understand that when there are many divers the whole check-in is longer. The same for the departure, we leave at 1 pm instead of 6 pm. It would have been nice to know about it for better organization. It would also have been nice to know that you can pay for all the extras by card but with a 3% surcharge. As for the diving it has been very good, we swam with dolphins, we snorkeled in wrecks, and we saw all kinds of fish and corals.

Amazing trip with Amelie Adventures!
The boat crew & dive guides were all super friendly, helpful & took safety very seriously. Did my Nitrox course on board & the training was great. The food on board was good and plenty - exactly what you need after diving all day. The dives were amazing - dolphins, turtles, octopus, beautiful coral gardens,…. The rental equipment was fine - a little too cold for the water temperatures in December, so if your freeze easily, definitely bring a hood. Overall a great experience and well organized trip - 10/10 would recommend! 💙

As a first liveaboard I have taken a part of the experience couldn't been any better. The crew was always helpful and the service was good. Rental equipment were good quality. Highlight of the trip was definitely the morning dive where we got to see the dolphins. That made the early wake up worth it. Only minus I could think of was the fact that our cabin was located right above the engine room. I would recommend packing a pair of earplugs with you. Extra thanks to our dive guide Mario who made sure that we'll get the most out of our every each dive!

For beginners of liveaboard
I'd definitely recommend Amelia adventures. Wessam is a great divemaster and never leaves you alone. Food, beverage, and snacks are awesome. Vessel is nice, almost a new one. Water supply is a little bad though, the water stinks little but tolerable. They clean the room every day. The diving spots are open-water-friendly, you are safe and still can find underwater wonders there.

My first liveaboard certainly exceeded my expectations.
Strong winds meant that we weren't able to set off as early as the crew would have liked, then it took what felt like 100 years for the marshal to come and sign our release papers. I didn't mind too much as I had a book at brought some games to play. Despite the delay the dive masters and crew worked really hard to ensure we still managed to get in the maximum number of dives which was amazing. The dives were brilliant and really varied, from coral to caves and wrecks. I also did my first night dive which was incredible the amount of wildlife we saw was amazing. We did see a pod of wild dolphins, but otherwise nothing really big. Which we wouldn't expect in the red sea anyways, but it was all stunning and preserved really well. Also the dive sites were not crowded with loads of boats which I liked as sometimes the diving tourism is too much. The boat was comfortable, the cabins are a little small but the beds were made up and cleaned every day which was a nice touch. The bathrooms also instantly had hot fresh water which let me tell you in incredible after a dive and something I'll be looking for in the comments on all dive boats in future. The crew were all so lovely and even had a lovely chat with the captain. The food on the boat was so much better than I could have imagined and different every day. I would say there isn't much option if you're a vegan (I noticed) but otherwise lots to chose from. The mid meal snack where also really lovely with a range of things like pizza and samosas not just the usual fruit and crackers. Would recommend this boat and trip to anyone thinking of trying their first liveaboard or going for a quick trip.

We really enjoyed the liveaboard. The day's program was perfect. Lots of diving & still enough time to enjoy the time comfortably on the sun deck. The food was also delicious. The two night smoke cycles were absolutely amazing! We will come back!

Wonderful experience! First safari, gladly again!
Great boat, great crew, great dive spots and guides. We were also allowed to dive "unguided" if we wanted to. Terrific food, individually tailored to our needs. Almost a non-smoking boat with a clearly defined smoking area that does not include the equipment and superstructure area. Really wonderful. I would book exactly the same way again, maybe even longer.

Exceptional Trip
This was my first liveaboard experience -- and it was exceptional. It all went to plan from the pickup at the airport to the drop off back at the hotel. The crew was fantastic and the kitchen staff made sure we were all well fed with some wonderful food. The Dive guide (Hisham) was well versed with the local dive sites and the briefings were good and on-point. Had ample space on the boat, as it was not fully booked. The rooms are comfortable. Overall, for the price, it comes across as a great value. The highlight of the trip was seeing the Dolphins at the Dolphin House dive site and exploring some of the best coral reef's I've seen. For a short trip, this comes highly recommended and is very beginner friendly.

Amazing Amelia boat diving trip
Every little detail had been planned for. Every dive calculated, even when it was a group of 15+ people. Attention to detail around the boat was impeccable. We always had time to unwind and socialize before the eat, sleep and dive regime. Everybody loved it. I did a few courses, it was easy and every aspect was clearly explained.

Best possible live aboard! Great dives, vibes, company and food.
Before I got picked up from the airport I wasn’t sure this trip was real. But I cannot say enough great things about this excursion. Everyone on the boat was beyond nice and helpful. The crew was there to support us every step of the way. Helping me into and out to my gear or the boat or the water etc. they were there. Aswani was so delightful! Always had the food and the ambiance prepared. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough food. Let me tell you, there is plenty! And it is all delicious. Our dive guide was incredible. Perfect amount of guiding and showing us cool stuff and letting us be free to enjoy the underwater world at our own pace. He was so thorough with briefing and dive sites. You knew exactly was to expect. The professionalism on this boat as a whole was too tier. 100/10. I want to go back immediately
