10/10 - Legendary, one of the world's premier diving destinations. The amount of fish and schools are completely staggering. Every dive, it feels guaranteed to see either a massive school of Jackfish or Barracuda. The coral density too is indescribably vast. It's just so much of everything. It being only accessible 3 months of the year and the Philippines protection of it have reaped IMMEnSE benefits. Pelagics are there as well but the coral and reef cannot be underappreciated. Just imagine all the fish you've seen at reefs but at 5x the density and you've got Tubbataha.
