The perfect five days
We loved our five days on board. The amount of activities was just perfect and always getting greeted with drinks and snacks when coming back to the boat was something that probably spoiled us forever. The crew was outstanding and we would go back in a heartbeat.

The best week of my life!
We saw EVERYTHING! sea lions, white tip sharks, hammerhead sharks, galapagos sharks, whale sharks, eagle rays, HUMPBACK WHALES, ORCAS..... it's been a dream! The boat ride is challenging, I'm almost constantly sea sick but the crew did their best to take care of my needs, and they are amazing!! They took care of diving equipments after every dive so we get to enjoy the most out of it. Also love how chill and happy they are:) The food is amazing too, i did not expect to have good food on the boat but I was impressed! Would absolutely recommend this liveaboard to everyone!

Amazing liveaboard experience
The one week with Galaxy Diver was definitely my best liveaboard experience so far. Besides seeing all the exciting marine animals, the crew is very professional. For instance, no matter how much we drifted away, when we went up to surface, our boat is always within a few meters away. This have made all divers feeling safe in a difficult condition like Galapagos. They are also very friendly and genuine, and they did everything to make our trip a more memorable one, like the little ceremony when we passed the equator and chef's live show of making local dishes and drinks.

Unforgettable Galapagos Vacation!
Despite an unexpected bout of seasickness, this trip was sublime. The itinerary and description was exactly as described and in most cases exceeded our expectations. We were clearly told the day's plans including excursion details and the staff (Manuel, Anthony, Johnny, Edwin, etc) were ready to greet us when we returned and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Carmen, our naturalist, was a wealth of knowledge about the animals, flora and fauna. Thank you Galaxy Orion for an unforgettable trip.

Best week of our life
We had a really amazing week aboard the Galaxy. The diving was the best of our life, it is really fantastic to see a sea so full of life. We so thousands of hammerheads, humpback whales, orcas, mola mola, Marine iguana and many other. But not only the diving is good, the crew is really friendly and you can feel that there are good vibes in the boat.

The best way to see these islands - with a great guide, a well equipped boat, unbelievable wildlife and wild islands.
Jorge was so knowledgeable and experienced. It was wonderful to have him as a guide. The rest of the crew worked so hard to make sure we were looked after. The meals were first class and reflective of local dishes. Each island was unique with its own environment and wildlife. The daily visits were full-on but worth it not to waste a moment. The trip was full of magic moments, like going back to a time before man overpopulated our planet. What a privilege to go there!

My overall experience is that this trip has been a highlight in my life. The Galapagos Islands are so beautiful, i learned a lot and respect the care and protection of these Islands by Ecuador's people.

Our guide Maria made this an excellent and exceptional trip! She is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about the islands and was able to answer all of our questions. Her love and passion for the islands and her country really touched me and I believe that it had a huge impact on how she taught. She inspired me to want to learn more about the islands. Maria is a kind and caring person with a zest for life and conservation and protection of the islands. If i were to do this trip again i would specifically request Maria as a guide.. The entire crew! The crew was attentive and kind, fun and polite. I felt very safe in there attention to details in operating the dinghys and assisting us on and off the boat. They always anticipated our needs and i believe our safety was a high priority for them. They knew what they were doing and did it well.!. Relaxing and incredible
This trip exceeded my expectations, our naturalist guide Victor provided a lot of background to the formation of the islands and information about all the various animals we saw. The crew went above and beyond keeping our cabins clean and all passengers well fed. The captain even spent an hour sailing around a dolphin pod and helping us hunt down whales on one of our sailings. There were so many priceless moments on this trip and the 8 day / 7 night itinerary had us alone with no other humans or boats spotted for a day or two in the middle.

Lifetime of memories and bonds!
Absolutely loved Galaxy Orion. My fellow passengers and the crew formed such a tight knit group! We were all very sad at farewell. I miss my time on the boat - Alex, the ever smiling and helpful cruise director, Juanito the legend bartender ever who watched our needs like a hawk, Daniel the coolest Captain ever. I was afraid of water but they helped me. They give you all the kit and hot water and sea sickness pills you need. There's WiFi to stay in touch. And Galapagos is of course very very beautiful.

We loved this trip!
A trip that we’ve dreamt of for many years! Our experience was excellent. For a small boat, the Orion was quite comfortable and our crew was great. We had a very knowledgeable and entertaining naturalist, Fabricio. All were patient and helpful with us. We could visit many different locations for snorkeling and / or hiking, letting us see a wide range of flora and fauna. Each day was packed with information and activity. We loved it! Great Family Trip to the Galapagos
This was a super great experience. Every detail for my family was laid out so well and the crew as so nice and had all the activities set up nicely. Absolutely amazing experience! I loved how the day was kept busy with many activities throughout the day at so many different places. Truly one of the most amazing cruises. The crew was amazing and the food was spectacular. The chefs made everything to perfection with many buffets and desserts after lunch and dinner was definitely a win! We got a fantastic experience from the crew and felt very welcome!
From start to finish a very hospitable and motivated team (which really came across as a team) that gave you a very welcome feeling, a small drink and/or snack after every activity. A full program with many activities. We had a 4 night cruise so it is very nice to experience a lot. Guide was very good and enthusiastic. Food and drink was excellent. My wife is vegetarian and there was certainly enough attention for that, although the vegetarian dishes could sometimes be a little more original (although we understand that on a ship with small occupancy the possibilities are limited). What also surprised us was that our fellow passengers were usually on the same page: mainly going for the nature experience and little fuss. All very nice, down-to-earth people!

Galaxy wildlife - experience of a lifetime
We really enjoyed our naturalist tour on Galaxy Orion. We are not accustomed to cruises or being pampered quite so much but did enjoy the range of activities and that our cruisemate were also there for the wildlife. And we did see and experience plenty. Our only suggestions would be for some more early morning activities before breakfast and for four activities on more days.
